Conferli Launches Hybrid Events Integration on Its Platform

Zeist, the Netherlands (4th of March 2021) - Today, Conferli, an online platform which matches association events with destinations and venues, announces that it now supports associations who aim to organize hybrid events.
The new integration allows event organizers to find destinations and venues that can offer solutions for integrating digital audiences with in-person events.
“In 2020 associations were forced to make a difficult decision: postpone or even cancel their events. Many of them decided to go fully digital, but soon found that these virtual events did not meet their goals. As a result, they started to look into hybrid solutions. As an answer on the increasing popularity of hybrid events, destinations and venues invested heavily in offering hybrid solutions. Therefore, at Conferli we found it vital to add the hybrid dimension to the platform - in order to serve all our users in these challenging times,” explains Nienke van der Malen, founder and CEO of Conferli.
“Furthermore, hybrid events are here to stay. It is our mission to offer future-proof and truly useful solutions to our clients”, she added.
Event organizers can find the most suitable destination for their hybrid event by making use of the platform. They can select various parameters according to their hybrid event criteria and get matched to cities and venues that meet the criteria.
“Currently, aligned with everyone in the industry, Vilnius has been adapting to a new world in which we find ourselves today. Grounding the event in a sense of place is important, even if the format moves away from face-to-face. With the new hybrid integration of Conferli we are convinced associations will find us even more easily. Vilnius is taking on new challenges to ensure our city’s spirit is integrated into the hybrid events’ format. Go Vilnius Convention Bureau team is ready to provide a very personal approach and support to personalize associations’ events, to encourage registrations and networking as well as build a legacy for the future” – says Inga Romanovskienė, director of Go Vilnius
